Casio G-Shock Reveals New Metal-Covered GM-110 Series
Riding the success wave of its past DW line, metal versions as well as the limited MR-G Samurai, the new series GM-110 by G-Shock comes in fresh new colours, material and finishing.

Born of a new vision to combine industrial and street sensibilities, the GM-110 hits the spot. Consisting of a metal-covered shock resistant structure, each metal GM-100 bezel goes through 20 forging processes incorporated with cutting and polishing and is finally matched with a fibreglass resin case for increased strength.

The watch is magnetic-resistant as well as crack and bend-resistant and its shock-proof construction protects it against impact and vibration as well. The design comes complete with a laminated dial, super-illuminator, hand shapes, band designs and a battery life of about 3 years.

Dropping as part of the release is a silver model (GM-110-1A), a gold model (GM-110-1A9), a DLC model (GM-110B-1A), and the most buzz worthy - an ion-plated rainbow model (GM-110RB-2A).

The silver and gold versions will be priced at $240 USD (Rs. 17,815 approx.) while the DLC and rainbow versions will retail for $270 USD (Rs. 20,042 approx.).
The watches are set to release sometime in September of this year. Head on over to the G-shock website for further details.
